Sales Experience Crest Infiniti was very professional. We saw the car we wanted on the internet and send a message to the dealer. Within a few minutes we received a Crest Infiniti was very professional. We saw the car we wanted on the internet and send a message to the dealer. Within a few minutes we received a response. Ultimately we leased a vehicle with a low cost payment and very little money down. We traded-in our Lexus and they gave us exactly what we asked in terms of trade-in value. The deal was not without negotiation, but again, they were extremely professional. The finance department was exceptional. Typically that's when you get the FUD up-sale (fear, uncertainty and doubt); things like dent less paint repair. We said no to all the uplifts and there was no pressure, just 100% professionalism and respect. Very likely we will be back to Crest again to lease our next vehicle. And we highly recommend our salesperson DJ Johnson. More

DJ was patient, honest and very personable (he struck up conversation with my kids)! He was diligent and worked hard to attain the best deal for us with my trade. DJ never pressured us though, he was very up front, not sugar-coating anything. That's what we like. He took us seriously although we lived over 300 miles away. Last week, when we were actually ready to purchase, he facilitated the transaction for us seamlessly so that our time at the dealership was minimal (We drove back home to Louisiana the same day). Everything was as promised and the vehicle was clean, had a full tank, and was ready to go. As if that wasn't enough, he called to make sure we made it home safely. Great customer service!! More
