DO NOT RECOMMEND! On September 6, 2022, we brought our Infiniti G37 Convertible to Crest Infiniti due to our convertible top getting stuck midway while other opening O On September 6, 2022, we brought our Infiniti G37 Convertible to Crest Infiniti due to our convertible top getting stuck midway while other opening OR closing it. The top was functioning inconsistently, meaning it would work one day then not work the next. This was thoroughly explained in detail the day that we dropped the vehicle off for the diagnosis / service. After the diagnosis, we were told that the partial shelf was the problem and needed to be replaced. Over the course of 55 days, our car had been in and out of their service department because after taking possession of our vehicle, each time we would try to open or close the top, it would get stuck midway. This happened the first day we picked it up and multiple times after, and then again after they stated issue was resolved again. Same Issue, Same Concern that we originally brought the vehicle in for - nothing ever changed. After multiple emails back and forth, asking for the service department to please look at our car again and fix what we brought it in for and PAID for...we were told on November 9, 2022 by the customer experience representative "We completed the work of the initial concern, therefore a refund will not be issued". TODAY, November 30, 2022 - after paying in full $3,701.87, our car is still having the same issues as it was the day we brought it in for the original concern....which is our convertible top getting stuck midway while other opening OR closing it. The top was functioning inconsistently, meaning it would work one day then not work the next. And now, no-one is returning our calls or responding to our emails. This is NOT OK and evidently the same thing that other customers have also experienced with this business. We truly waited and gave this dealership plenty of time to do the right thing. Quite frankly, we just want our car fixed or a refund, so we can take it elsewhere. Now, we just want to warn others of the deceptive practices of Crest Infiniti. More
