My experience with Crest was by far the best I have ever had. From the minute you enter the front doors you are treated with respect and instantly pick up on a friendly vibe. It's not stuffy, quiet, or intimidating. Everyone is friendly, the sales staff genuinely seems to be happy to be there. No shark like activity that you may encounter at other dealerships. DJ Johnson was great, professional with a very friendly persona. I actually corresponded with him online the night before my visit and he sent me an email response late on Friday night, that's dedication and great service even before hitting the dealership in person. Upon arriving, DJ came out and chatted with me, turning me over to Jon Bellamy as he was with someone. What a great experience! Jon is the absolute best, no games, honest, a real straight shooter and funny! It was the most fun I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, from anywhere! I received a great deal in a real straight forward manner and left with a fantastic car! Every person I came in contact with at Crest was super friendly, if you're thinking about purchasing a car, give them a try, you will want buy from them. I only wish there were more than 5 Stars to give!! More
Excellent Dealership, Salesman and Buying Experience After researching virtually every luxury crossover in the class, I decided to buy a 2017 Infiniti QX50. I then had to decide which dealership to purch After researching virtually every luxury crossover in the class, I decided to buy a 2017 Infiniti QX50. I then had to decide which dealership to purchase from. That choice became very clear when I used DealerRater to learn about all of the Infiniti dealearships in the DFW metro area. Based on the reviews, one dealership stood head and shoulders above the rest - Crest Infiniti. It was then time to find a salesperson to deal with. Again, based on the DealerRater reviews, the salesman to work with was obvious - DJ Johnson. I called Crest to make an appointment with DJ to purchase my new QX50, and within a couple of hours of leaving a message for DJ, I was first called back by one of Crest's Business Development Managers, then shortly after by DJ to confirm the exact vehicle I was interested in and to set the appointment time. When I arrived at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by several people, instead of being attacked by the usual flock of car-salesman vultures typically found at most other dealerships. Although I was a little early for my appointment, and DJ was finishing up with another client, he came out and let me know that he would be with me shortly. He did just that, and we proceeded to take the previously selected QX50 out for the test drive. Of course DJ went through all of the key features of the vehicle, but also shared information about his military background and how he ended up at Crest. Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicle, but was personable and able to establish a rapport that is so often lacking with salespeople these days. I felt that he cared about earning my business, not just going through the motions of selling another vehicle. The process of doing the deal was straight forward. DJ handled my trade appropriately, came back with an offer that met my expectations, and I was able to drive out with the new QX50 without feeling pressured or stressed during the car buying experience. His manager, Price Clark, came by the office while I was waiting to go into the business office to thank me for being a customer; there was no arm twisting or other hard-sell tactics that one would normally expect when buying a car. Thanks to DJ Johnson and the rest of the Crest Infiniti team, my car buying experience was thoroughly enjoyable. If you are in the market for an Infiniti, go to Crest Infiniti in Frisco. And when you go there, make sure that you deal with DJ Johnson, a true professional in the automotive industry. And DJ, thank you for your service to our country! More

Both DJ and Price worked with me to make it possible for me to walk away with the coupe I had been looking for but unfortunately my finances took me in a different direction and I decided to simply sell off my G37 IPL. They worked with me and the pre-owned dept. to make a smooth sale and will definitely be going back to them once I'm ready to purchase a coupe to replace my current G35 and the IPL I sold off. Definitely great service and pricing. More

Great experience I was really not in the market for a new car, however, I had seen a aQ70 that I liked and made an internet inquiry. Kegan responded. I showed up at the dealership without an appointment and Kegan was able to visit with me. I appreciated his style and patience. We test drove the Q70...but during the yet drive, he listens and noticed my driving style and offered to show me the Q50, which has a bit more "pep". So I test drove that car as well. After we were done, there was no pressure. He asked how I would like him to follow up - phone, email or text ...which he honored throughout the process. We finalized the deal for the Q70 over the phone and when I came in to sign the paperwork, he had everything ready and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The follow-up after the purchase has been appropriate and helpful. I would highly recommend working with Kegan if you are in ur market for an Infiniti. More
