Sales team is great! My 10 year old car was in the shop, with no luck at discovering what the issue was. I started searching online for vehicles. I found one I was intere My 10 year old car was in the shop, with no luck at discovering what the issue was. I started searching online for vehicles. I found one I was interested in, contacted the dealership and Kenneth Augustadt answered the call. When I explained I had no way to come look until the weekend, due to my car being in the shop, he said "no problem, I will bring the car to you". And he did. Amazing. Now, here I am driving my "new to me" used car. Along with Kenneth, during the sales process, I dealt with Steven Evans the sales manager via email, who was very helpful as well. No push from the sales department. They let everything happen organically. I loved that. I encountered another sales person, (wish I could remember his name) when I showed up to pick up my car at the dealership and Kenneth was out. He stepped right in. The Cue did not work and he got right on getting the service department to start a repair order. He was very helpful and so nice to deal with as well. He said they would get it taken care of right away. We ended up leaving without the car while they made repairs. Repairs were made and I got to pick my car up two days later. So, why only 4 stars on the rating???? Well the question is rating the "dealership". Finance is part of that dealership. I brought my own financing, yet still had to "deal with" the finance department. That was the only less than pleasant part of my experience. No need to go into details, I am sure they were just doing their jobs. Would I go back to purchase another vehicle from Crest Infiniti, YES! Thank you Kenneth! More

The "Cadillac" of Sales Experiences! If you're not buying from David Hooks, you're doing it wrong. I had been driving a 2017 Highlander, which was a fine vehicle but I really wanted to ge If you're not buying from David Hooks, you're doing it wrong. I had been driving a 2017 Highlander, which was a fine vehicle but I really wanted to get back into an American made luxury vehicle. I didn't know if I could afford it or if it would even work. I found David and not only was he able to make it happen, he made it happen without even increasing my payment! I went from a "Toy" to a Cadillac and it didn't even cost a cent more than I was already spending. On top of all that, David was funny and made my experience there feel like I had known him and the dealership personnel for years. There was no stress, and no sense at any point that I 'was being sold'. Also, if you get to close financing with Katie Owens, you're in for a treat. She will show what additional services they offer and simply ask, "Would you like to see how this would affect your payment?" No pressure from greasy finance people!! (In other words, it's NOT the "Toyota" experience). I'm a "Crest Girl" now! More
