Complete joke I have kept my mouth shut for months about my opinion of this dealership based solely on the fact that I had a family member who worked here. They are a complete and total joke in every aspect be it service, sales, finance, paint and body the entire dealership. I bought a car from here because as I said I have a family member. Other wise I would have left in the first hour I was there they are so unorganized and don’t know their heads from their rears. Reguarless he helped me find a car that was going to work for my budget and credit situation. It then took finance a week to get some sort of deal situated. Now I am sorry but if you can’t managed to get a deal done and with a reputable finance company then say so. Instead they worked my deal with a extremely sub par company called American Credit Acceptance. 342 complaints to the better business bureau in the last 3 years. Go ahead and look up some info about them. Not a place you would expect a dealership like Crest to use. I flat out told them I want no extra warranty to be added on to my financeing as I was already going to be upside down on this car just based on interest alone if I keep it full term. Well guess what was thrown into my contract a wasted 1500$ warranty good for 6 months or 10k miles. First of all it would take me maybe 6 weeks to put that many miles on the car! So they didn’t listen on that aspect either. The car had a dent on a rear fender that they agreed to have fixed. It was fixed and within a month the paint was peeling of the car. Back again to have that fixed. In the mean time in the first months I owned the car it burned oil so bad it didn’t even register on the dip stick. They “monitored” it for the next 1000 miles and claimed it was fine after that. So one the car either has a issue or two it never went through shop as it was supposed to have been when I got it and was low from previous owner. My older kids father had also purchased a car from here which was rushed through the shop as well. Being a mechanic he was doing som things under the car right after he go or and found that when tnem did the brakes on the car they were not even tightened properly and were about to fall off. The oil filter was so lose that oil was all over the entire underside of the car. I could go on for days of the issues at this place just aside from the things I have already gone over. Never will I do business work this dealership again and I will make sure no one I know does as well. More

He made things really easy in general. Coincidentally, these themes rang true with everyone I made contact with. Tux constantly made sure that I was getting all the information I needed to make a decision, and personally went through a plethora of options in detail, consequently making it easier to make an informed decision. He personally intervened to make sure everyone I interacted with was exceeding my expectations. That was tremendously beneficial. Li was awesome - she handled the financial aspect of things. I pay attention to detail and really was blown away by how much information I got from her about numbers and about several other aspects of the purchase. She had no issue with moving numbers around to explain things further even at this late, somewhat penultimate stage of the process. Finally, Zayne was awesome during the delivery process explaining the vast number of features and technology available in the vehicle. He took his time and addressed every single question I had during the process. He stated he would continue to be available in the eventuality of additional questions and made sure he covered everything before my departure from the dealership. Let me conclude by reiterating how my expectations were vastly exceeded. As a result, I expect to do more business with this brand and particular dealership as well as refer any friends and family who are in the market for a vehicle. Awesome! More
