He made things really easy in general. Coincidentally, these themes rang true with everyone I made contact with. Tux constantly made sure that I was getting all the information I needed to make a decision, and personally went through a plethora of options in detail, consequently making it easier to make an informed decision. He personally intervened to make sure everyone I interacted with was exceeding my expectations. That was tremendously beneficial. Li was awesome - she handled the financial aspect of things. I pay attention to detail and really was blown away by how much information I got from her about numbers and about several other aspects of the purchase. She had no issue with moving numbers around to explain things further even at this late, somewhat penultimate stage of the process. Finally, Zayne was awesome during the delivery process explaining the vast number of features and technology available in the vehicle. He took his time and addressed every single question I had during the process. He stated he would continue to be available in the eventuality of additional questions and made sure he covered everything before my departure from the dealership. Let me conclude by reiterating how my expectations were vastly exceeded.
