I had not known DJ before I walked into the Crest dealership for the first time, yet he was committed to working out the best deal that he could for me. The deal that he was able to get me was better than those that I received at Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru after tough negotiations for less luxurious vehicles. I can’t believe the deal he was able to work up. He is an exceptional customer service driven professional. He stayed an hour after closing to show me all my options, kept up communication with me even on his time off with family, and made sure I was completely taken care of.
