The receptionist I first encountered when I arrived without confirming my appointment took the initiative to call DJ and connect me with Kegan. Kegan and I connected sharing personal experiences while the team completed the transaction. He expressed his appreciation and mine with pics to honor and preserve the memory. Very thoughtful! Kegan made sure I was personally introduced to Eric from service with whom I most probably will interact frequently. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Johnny who taught me how to use and interact with the instrument panel on the dash. Even though my profession for 30+ yrs in IT I'm not techy unless it's a computer. Most people don't thank the finance team but I was very comfortable and amazed that I drove off with my new car with just an IOU for the title and check.
