I started just by looking at the CRV's and saw that Crest Honda had a dealer discount and thought let me just call them and see what this is all about. I dealt with a real nice guy named Monty but still couldn't really afford what the total would be . Then finally we came to an agreement that was satisfactory for both of us . I made them an offer and they accepted ,all by e mail and phone. They gave me a sight unseen price for my Honda Accord and they stuck by their word. He was just as kind and helpful, which really showed me the consistency of their excellent customer service. After a bad experience at another local Nashville dealership, Crest Honda was a breath of fresh air.
