Was told Tires were ordered and would be replaced the next day so I went ahead and did financing and all paperwork. Received a text from salesman that tires were being done and would be ready at 2:30pm. Arrived at 4:30 and waited when car was pulled up only 1 tire was replaced salesman smirked and said “yeah that’s all we are replacing” opened door to find sticky substance was still on center console. Salesman the licked his finger and proceeded to try to rub it off. Said anything to get me to sign and the zero follow through or transparency. Leo Lewis got me in and out in less than 2hrs. Cash buy easy I bough extend warranty 5 years, but know nothing a! It. Also have a service warranty and do not recall it being mentioned. Terence was our sales person and it was his first day. He had to go get answers to a few questions, but overall he was awesome.
