I have been buying Hondas from Crest since 1998 and have been a satisfied and happy customer. I just got my new 2012 Civic in November 2011.There are a few things I would change about the 2012 civic but so been a satisfied and happy customer. These folks are great to deal with. I bought two Honda Accords with Crest Honda in 2011. I am a hard shopper when it comes to cars. They had the best deals around. Whenever I go to Crest Honda for oil change it won’t take more than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service. Even 10,000 miles maintenance they won’t take more than what estimated. Our experiences with Crest have been very good. We bought our current Odyssey from that dealership because the price was best and also because our experience buying our previous Odyssey from Crest was bought our current Odyssey from that dealership because the price was best and also because our experience buying our previous Odyssey from Crest was so pleasant. From sales to service, everyone is cordial to us, greeting and treating us like friends each time we go in. When we went to Nashville to buy our 2011, our salesman was out for the day, but Ricky, the sales manager, took all the information and credited the sale to the man we had talked with previously. Though not involved in the sale, Glenn cheerfully took his time to walk us through the unfamiliar electronics on the dashboard. Jason, in the Business Office, took time to learn about our interest in music, and told us about his band. Robert, the courtesy driver, knows that we are golfers and we talk golf courses and sports for a few minutes when we see him. Kelly, our go-to service person, makes certain that our car is serviced in a timely manner even if we don't have an appointment. In other words, we feel that we have developed some relationships there that are not strictly business/customer, but that border on friendships and we enjoy going there. Perhaps that's why we drive 100 miles from Jackson, Tennessee to Nashville when we need to buy a new car or have one serviced. More
