Waited 2 hours for loaner car, even though we scheduled an appointment over a week in advance. Manager called and stated that he apologized, but there “was nothing he could do”. Loaner car had sunflower seeds in the center dash. Floor mats were in disarray and inside of car was filthy...all during a pandemic when cars are supposedly cleaned extremely well to prevent germs. Took 4 days to do a simple brake repair. Then, when dealership called to tell me what else was wrong, they quoted me nearly DOUBLE what other dealerships have since quoted me. Example: Was quoted $389 for battery replacement, but was $251 at nearby dealership for exact same battery and install (labor and parts and tax); $1,129 a piece for new shocks yet $585 a piece at nearby dealership (labor, parts and tax); and, $129 for wheel alignment yet $69 at nearby dealership. We asked if they would price match the other dealership, but was told “no”. We saved approximately $1,200 by switching dealerships. Once we received our car, there was black grease on the inside driver side door and floorboard. In short, this was a terrible experience, and we see why people warned us of this dealership. More
