Login, informed me of what was recommended for the 125k mile mark which were 7 items later he came out with a list of other things that the truck needed, I agreed to the initial 7 items and 3 other things mile mark which were 7 items later he came out with a list of other things that the truck needed, I agreed to the initial 7 items and 3 other things but he added 3 services I didn’t agree to and I ended up paying over $600 than I expected when confronted about it he had a really nasty attitude about it said he wasn’t going to refund anything when asked to speak to someone superior to him, he pompously replied that he was the manager of that department so I would have to speak to him … worst experience ever we’ve been loyal customers of crest Cadillac since before their move to frisco when the were off 75 and Park blvd and Parker rd - we’ve bought 4 vehicles from crest Cadillac and because Login’s behavior we will no longer be returning that’s not how you treat loyal customers. More
