I was not satisfied with the lack of attention given to the problems I have repeatedly reported to Ryan. I felt I was scheduled to come in just so he could be able to say it was checked. But it wasn’t. the problems I have repeatedly reported to Ryan. I felt I was scheduled to come in just so he could be able to say it was checked. But it wasn’t. I informed him the check engine was no longer on and I knew that if the computer was not in an alarm state the cause could not be identified. But he insisted that I bring it in. He identified nothing. The exhaust fumes had cleared up. But the tail end rattling was not checked. I was there 5 minutes. No one even drove my car to determine what the source was. This has been a continuous problem trying to simply have this checked out. My car was there 30 days for some body repairs. You tell me I can’t get this done. Plus I had the 100,000 mile maintenance done. So I’m spending a lot on money at this dealership. I know when I’v been dismissed. More
