For the price I paid for my Cadillac I would expect a better experience in the service department. I never felt overly welcomed at your dealership and when I came in to have my service done, the lot atte better experience in the service department. I never felt overly welcomed at your dealership and when I came in to have my service done, the lot attendant Chris was very unfriendly. He basically handed me the keys did not say anything to me and had a frown on his face and walked away as if I were bothering him. This is not up to Cadillac standards. The waiting area is also rather tired and sparse in offerings for a Cadillac dealership and in comparison to lower brand vehicle dealerships. I was just expecting more all around. More
