Service is always top notch and Crest works great with my insurance company. Crest is only place I'll take my Cadillac for work (other than an oil change) after another Cadillac dealership provided me with p insurance company. I would never recommend any of my friends to go over here. Drove 2 hours from Chicago to have a creep name Brian Shanhan stare at me from the corner of his eyes. He was the sales manager and was the mos here. Drove 2 hours from Chicago to have a creep name Brian Shanhan stare at me from the corner of his eyes. He was the sales manager and was the most unprofessional, rudest sales man I’ve ever met. We didn’t even get offered water or anything, terrible customer service for a $48k Lexus ... this dealership has no class. Also never returned our emails for the tools we requested. This dealership ghosted us!!! More
