Service was excellent on my last visit to Crest on June 19th. My service advisor, Dan Deutschendorf was exceptional. Dan is the first service advisor that took time to take pictures of my vehicle and ins 19th. My service advisor, Dan Deutschendorf was exceptional. Dan is the first service advisor that took time to take pictures of my vehicle and inspect it prior to my oil change and tire rotation service. Dan also noticed that my car display screen (infotainment cue system) was going bad. He took the time to look up the warranty on my vehicle and informed me that I was still under my certified warranty. No other service advisor had informed me this. I am disappointed because I could have had my radio fixed months ago! Thank you Dan for performing a thorough inspection of my vehicle and making sure I understood every detail about my car warranty. It would be a pleasure to work with Dan every time I am in Crest Cadillac. More
