My last visit did not go as smooth as previous. I had to make multiple trips do to an oil leak. Had to take to add 3 qt of oil after 100 mile of oil change. The advisor said they couldn’t find a le I had to make multiple trips do to an oil leak. Had to take to add 3 qt of oil after 100 mile of oil change. The advisor said they couldn’t find a leak, but another shop found loose oil filter. I was really disappointed that I had pay the other shop for reason that wasn’t an immediate needed repair More

Could care less about retaining me as a customer. Been with Crest since 2007 and came in for latest oil change and apparently I’m no longer getting them with my lease as I did the last 15 years whic Been with Crest since 2007 and came in for latest oil change and apparently I’m no longer getting them with my lease as I did the last 15 years which no one told me until check out - 2 1/2 HOURS and they never rotated my tires like I had booked with oil change and confirmed when I arrived. Beyond disappointed. Also asked sales manager about building a new vehicle to order during my ridiculous wait and he basically laughed at me. Might as well fire your “sales” staff and let ppl order online versus with one of your order takers. I’m sure my negative review will be blamed on Covid blah blah. Not sure I will ever return. Definitely exploring other venues for my next vehicles. More
