I purchased a CPO Cadillac. The Salesperson Kodie was nice and the vehicle was great. The Finance Manager was very friendly until I told him I did not want to buy an extended warranty. He tried to tell m nice and the vehicle was great. The Finance Manager was very friendly until I told him I did not want to buy an extended warranty. He tried to tell me that I did not know what I was doing and needed to buy the extended warranty. He even offered me a lower interest rate to change my mind. When I refused, He became very rude and callis towards me. He also was set on the bank for us to finance through. When I question the interest rate and asked what GM Financial was offering, he shut me down and refused to discuss it further. I live out of state and just wanted to get out of there. He told me that it would only take a few days for the taxes and fees to be paid to my state's county. (they penalize you after 7 days). When I called the dealership today, no one would help me except say we are taking care of it. I will never deal with Crest Cadillac again and especially Mr. Baker. More

I service my CTS consistently at this dealership and overall happy with the service, Brent did great job with my recent service and flat tire. However, they need to work on the overall communication/coo overall happy with the service, Brent did great job with my recent service and flat tire. However, they need to work on the overall communication/coordination since originally my car was assigned to Monica who was actually out of the office for a week and a half, not sure how that happened which caused some confusion and delays until Brent took over. Another issue they need to work on, lack of loaner cars when it is truly an emergency such as flat tire. More
