This was the best experience that we have ever had when dealing with car repair. Our representative Monica Toombs did an excellent job by keeping us in the loop about what’s going on with our car and what dealing with car repair. Our representative Monica Toombs did an excellent job by keeping us in the loop about what’s going on with our car and what was needing to be done to it for repair, we never wondered what was going on or the status of the repair and never had to call her to get info because she was on top of the status and kept us informed as the info came to her. They provided us with a loaner car so we had no problem getting around while our car was there getting worked on. Chris was extremely helpful and courteous. He was easy to deal with. We didn’t have to haggle, we said how much we can afford and he made the deal based on that. From test drive to driving out from parking l deal with. We didn’t have to haggle, we said how much we can afford and he made the deal based on that. Crest Cadillac does wonderful service and all their employees are very professional and friendly. Their prices are more reasonable then other Cadillac dealers I had gone to in the past. I won't take m employees are very professional and friendly. Their prices are more reasonable then other Cadillac dealers I had gone to in the past. I won't take my car anywhere else to be worked on. When my car breaks down I make sure it is towed only to Crest Cadillac. Naturally if I was our of town that probably wouldn't be possible. My son only takes his vehicles to e serviced by them also. If the service on my car is going to take more than a day they always give me a car to use. Nobody in the Milwaukee area can compare to the service I get there. More
