Purchased expensive 2020 Cadillac XT4 Sport with less than 10 miles October 2020. Since FOUR days after purchase, the check engine light continues to come on. On numerous occasions, advised that it was o than 10 miles October 2020. Since FOUR days after purchase, the check engine light continues to come on. On numerous occasions, advised that it was okay to drive unless light was flashing unlike what booklet states. I feel like I bought this vehicle used with 2K+ mikes from a corner lot. Denied taking it back or switching vehicles saying it was too late, but that it was a simple fix and that they'd make me love the vehicle again. Well, guess what? Going on five months later and an abundance of back and forth trips later, it's still having the same issue with the check engine light and EVERY time it's a new excuse but the check engine light comes on again. My confidence level has depleted to zero. Every time I get behind the wheel, I don't feel safe not knowing what's causing it or if I will make it from point A to B. Referred to GMC Customer Care after Cadillac. Broken promises over and over again. It’s all frustrating! Their process of “fixing” back to back issues has prolonged getting into another new vehicle. It is unfair, but 100 % of monthly payments are still expected. Several assurances given but light continues to come right back on after so many miles driven. The inability to fix, even with engineer support, is stressing me. If vehicle is easy fix, why do you have it so much? Why am I going through all of this? This is my very first "disappointing" time purchasing a Cadillac. Most times the vehicle was kept so long for those "easy" fixes that I almost forgot what it looked like. I've barely driven the vehicle and tire treads are already having issues too. Matt was outgoing selling this vehicle to me but haven’t been able to help with getting me out of this lemon. Eric seems genuine in his efforts but the issue still remains. If Crest Cadillac is so confident with these major repairs like replacing a mother board and alternator on a brand new vehicle, then they should keep and drive the vehicle themselves. Use it as a loaner. This can't be the norm so why am I being treated this way. I didn't purchase a used vehicle with bad credit. Please enlighten me. I'll keep inquiring everywhere I can until I get an understanding. #UtterlyRidiculous #TotallyUnfair From the beginning, you didn't honor the price from EECU and it's been all down hill from there. Shame on you Crest Cadillac, Frisco if you don't make this right! More

Crest Cadillac is the worst car buying and service I have ever experienced! The salesman Ed is a scammer. He misrepresented the deal! He lied to me! General Manager is terrible! Service department is deplorable! Never fixed my ATS after numerous attempts! Service advisor Drew outright lied to me about warranty coverage! Drew tried to scam me by trying to sell me service is not needed or under Cadillac scheduled maintenance! Yesterday brought my car dirty on the outside! Problems were never fixed for almost 3 years now! The body shop is also deplorable! Sent me my ATS back with white circles all over the passionate red paint! My recommendation is to not buy a Car from Crest! Do not have your serviced by Crest! Stay far away from Crest! More
