According to GM, communication received from Crest Cadillac indicated the vehicle is fixable. If it's fixable and everyone is so knowledgeable, why is the Cadillac Xt4 still in Cadillac's possession since March 10, 2021 and it's now March 29, 2021? It's only at Frank Kent because you and GM suggested it. I've been beyond patient. Enough is enough. Make it right! That's all I ask. Receiving multiple reimbursements and out of this vehicle should be a minimum. Come on, it is going on six months and I have not been able to enjoy the new car experience!

A service manager/director at Frank Kent would be your best resource while it is in their possession. We understand your frustrations but we have no up to date information regarding the work being done outside of Crest.
