I was in a stressful lease turn in situation, over-miles with damage. Chris walked me through all of my options! He explained everything in a clear and honest manner. He didn't pressure me into anything. He told me about all of the features and benefits of the MDX. He even came in on his day off! After 5 trips and several phone calls to the dealership, we finally decided to buy a new MDX! I had to make sure I was getting the best deal I could! I love my new car! And I look forward to getting my car serviced at Crest! Chris has even followed up several times to make sure all is still well! We will definitely recommend Chris, And Crest Acura! Crest Acura does not keep its promises Crest Acura LIED to me about work done on my care and loaner vehicles when I purchased my two Acura's. I had the body shop work on my car after an accident. they lied to me regarding what will be done and what was done. He then proceeded to attack me personally and blame me for the failure of his employees. The insurance company came and looked at the car to add additional losses, when the insurance adjuster came to look at the car yesterday he said Crest never showed him the additional damage. In my opinion Crest Acura takes the approach that he is the only option for Acura in Syracuse. After purchasing two Acura's Crest and spending thousands of dollars in repair and body shop. He ignored my calls and did not deliver what he promised. My opinion is if you value honesty, integrity and getting value for your money, stay away from Crest and Jim Barr. Jim Barr feigns interest in helping me in public, but behind the scenes he is anything but helpful. Jim Barr hired a lawyer to try and silence me. Today I received a letter from Jim Barrs Attorneys demanding that I cease and desist offering my opinion. More

They have the cars I like Both Chris Brown (my salesperson) and Philip Witherell were comfortable to deal with and I never felt pressured. Chris Brown is the Go-To Salesperson at Crest Acura! I've dealt with a few different salespersons over the years at Crest Acura (considering it is the only Acura Dealer in the immediate area) and Chris B I've dealt with a few different salespersons over the years at Crest Acura (considering it is the only Acura Dealer in the immediate area) and Chris Brown, by far, was the most attentive and willing to work with me to reach an agreement (and perhaps the quickest, as well).
