We found an excellent deal at Crescent Ford but more importantly, we found excellence in sales & customer service. David Martin provided excellent customer service & assistance with our new purchase - even washed & prepped the car himself when we ran late into the evening! Details matter & the customer care we found with David was without question excellence & professional. We have been long time Nissan customers at another local dealership but with out recent experience with David & Kim (finance), we will not hesitate to return the next time we need a vehicle! Crescent Ford puts Customer Service First Let me preface this review by saying i'm a Ford guy and a car guy in general. I've dealt with several different Ford dealerships all over the country Let me preface this review by saying i'm a Ford guy and a car guy in general. I've dealt with several different Ford dealerships all over the country as well as all over North Carolina. I've purchased several vehicles from different dealers and had service done at many as well. The folks at Crescent Ford have absolutely blown me away with how great their customer service is. We totaled a vehicle a few weeks ago and were in need of a new car for the family. I spent about 2 weeks combing every single dealer and car lot online and in person that had the type of vehicle i was looking for. I found one that interested me at Crescent Ford. However being several hours away i did not want to waste my time driving down only to find out the vehicle wasn't right or the deal wouldn't work. Their Internet sales manager Hap worked with me via email and made sure it was worth the drive down. Upon arrival i began working with my salesman Brandon Price. Brandon turned out to be one of the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not once did he ever try and pressure me into purchasing the car. Instead he took the sales approach that works the best and yet is lost on so many dealerships today. He helped me make up my own mind. Answered any questions i had, was never pushy, and explained everything i had a question about and didn't pretend to know an answer if he wasn't sure. Extremely honest and forthright. The great part is, it wasn't just Brandon, everyone from the sales manager Sam to the gentleman that wrote up our final paperwork. Yes they tried to sell you the extended service plan, but when we refused we were not constantly pressured to do so like so many other dealerships do. They were great with my wife and son as well. They even brought her a drink while she was waiting, totally unsolicited. Crescent Ford showed Class and an extremely high attention to Customer service. One of the few dealerships I have ever been in that clearly puts the customer experience and the customer first. They have earned my business now and in the future. Just can not say enough about Brandon and the rest of the Crescent Ford Family. More

Great service I'd like to thank Will Warren and the service team at Crescent Ford for repairing my car on short notice. My wife, son and I were in High Point for a I'd like to thank Will Warren and the service team at Crescent Ford for repairing my car on short notice. My wife, son and I were in High Point for a college visit. The traction module gave out on our way there this past Sunday. On Monday morning at 8:30 I showed up at Crescent and told Will we had to leave by 2:30 that afternoon. He said he could take care of things. They shuttled me to where I needed to be and then picked me back up with the car ready to go. They even addressed a recall item. Thank you for your Southern hospitality and making an Ohio Ford customer feel like he was a High Point customer. More

The car was in great shape and we were very happy. The dealership was honest and forthcoming. We live out of state and wanted to have the vehicle shipped. After the negotiating process was complete, we were told that we MUST come in person from out of state to sign for the vehicle- no mailed papers or electronic signatures would be permitted. Our added travel was a huge added expense of time and money to the cost of the vehicle, as we had to fly in, rent a car to get to the dealership and then drive it home 1,000 miles. But we did it anyways and overall, I'm glad that we did! More
