We got a great deal on the car with Tristan's help. Before leaving the lot, he answered all my questions and made sure I knew about all the car's features. He even synched my phone to the car for me in about two seconds! I am very happy with the price I paid and would highly recommend using Crater Lake Ford, and Tristan in particular for your next vehicle purchase. I purchased a BMW M2 from this company. During my purchase, one of things that was necessary for this car deal to happen, the tires were to be replaced with equivalent to the Michelin tires During my purchase, one of things that was necessary for this car deal to happen, the tires were to be replaced with equivalent to the Michelin tires on it. After waiting over a month for the tires, they tried to put cheap Lexani tires on my car, after I paid for Pirelli tires in the deal. When I complained to Kris(sales manager), he was going to order a set of Michelin 4s tires. Now, three weeks later, Kris no longer works for the company and my tires are nowhere to be found. Typical Lithia dealership, they screw over the purchaser any way/how they can. Like they need more money to line their pockets. Terrible customer service. You're better off to buy from a wholesale lot. This company is a Total joke More
