So very disappointing, angry, and absolutely apauld with Crater Lake Ford. Made a reservation to order a new Bronco April 2021, placed order Oct 2021 with cash deposit down. I have had nothing but hassle an Crater Lake Ford. Made a reservation to order a new Bronco April 2021, placed order Oct 2021 with cash deposit down. I have had nothing but hassle and headache with them over the last 2 years. Although, I made an inquiry about their cancelation procedure, I never canceled my order. In fact I was told that I would get a call when it was delivered for me to come in and make my final purchase/decision. I even received an email email in 1/2023 notifying me with photos of my personalized Bronco coming off the manufacturing line. ​I went into the dealership today for an update, to be told that they sold it to someone else 2/14/23. Jake at Crater Lake Ford, told me that he called me when it was delivered, but didn't leave a message. He stated "That's my bad." Absolutely disgusting. They didn't even offer to refund my money. I had to ask, then was told I could get it, but that I would have to wait for approval. I will never give Ford another dollar or moment of my time. I will forever deter anyone from ever doing business with Ford. One bad business experience has the potential to destroy an entire company. Jake at Crater Lake Ford gives Ford a bad name. More

If I could give 0 stars I would. My truck has been at the service department since the end of November. It's January 28th. They had to fix the turbo. Over a month to actually fix it. We drove it home and the check engine light turned back on saying it was a turbo problem again. We took the truck back... Once again a WEEK to diagnose and figure out what parts to order. I can't get David to return ANY of my phone calls... I've called every week to get an update and he will not answer me. I use this truck for my business and I've had to reschedule jobs for 2 months because they can't do their job at the service department!!! Horrible service! More

Special oredered a new Mustang through Crater Lake Ford. Everything worked out great. When it was delivered Bryce Dewberry called and set up time for me to come see the car and we scheduled an appointment Everything worked out great. Buyer Beware! ! On 5 October 2022, I bought a 2020 BMW 230 xidrive used car from Crater Lake Ford. I took a test drive with the sales rep and it seemed roadworthy ! On 5 October 2022, I bought a 2020 BMW 230 xidrive used car from Crater Lake Ford. I took a test drive with the sales rep and it seemed roadworthy. The car has a 60 day/3000-mile warranty. Shortly after I bought the car the check engine light turned on. I took it to my local BMW dealer who discovered a hole in the “fresh air intake duct” and some damage to the turbo impeller. The car is still within the warranty period, but my repeated attempts to get Crater Lake Ford to honor the warranty have been unsuccessful. I bought this car in good faith but I will now need to look at further steps to obtain satisfaction. Michael Messina More

Then after three days of silence, I sent a message to follow up on an ETA and was told the car was sold. A giant waste of my time, a very disappointing outcome to what was building up to a very exciting purchase. If I could pursue legal action, I would, but nothing was signed. Very misleading communication between salesman , we made a 5hour trip from Lale Tahoe just to discover the van we asked if it was available a day before have been sold .
