My wife and I were looking for a Camry a few weeks ago. We thought we had found one at another Toyota dealership, but we decided to look elsewhere as we were not treated very professionally. I was in contact with James Smith at Cowboy Toyota via email while this was happening. He seemed courteous in email and on the phone. We looked at several other Toyota dealerships to find my wife's "perfect Camry" this for her being one with all of the bells and whistles. James contact me via email and said he had a Camry he thought we would like. We showed up after closing time and James had the car ready for us to test drive. He was super nice, competent and professional and even though y'all were techniquelly closed he did not make us feel rushed in any way. We loved the car so we ended up purchasing it that night. He stayed after we purchased it to help my wife integrate her phone to the car. I just want to commend both James and also Richard in finance for treating us so well. I really hate buying cars so I try to do it as little as possible but the experience at Cowboy Toyota made me appreciate those dealerships, although few, that really treat their customers right.
