Don't Care about their returning customer Leased a Optima in 2014, went in to either lease another car or buy mine. Treated like crap don't care about customer retention.When I leased my Optima 3 years ago everyone was nice worked with us.We sent 4 other people in to buy cars from Kia and they all bought a car or SUV . They kept stressing customer retention to us and come in and we will make you a great deal. Went in on Sunday and dealt with Wesley Parker. Nice and polite young man, but didn't make us any good offers. Came out with a new lease price and one price quote for buying my car. No willing and dealing at all. He told us he was new at his job and a little wet behind the ears. I said something about the price and he said well we need to make money. Like I said he was a nice boy but didn't try and make any offers to get us to buy or lease another car. Went in Tuesday to speak with Buddy Parker because he's the one that helped us 3 years ago and got us a great payment for our lease. I know leasing a new car would be higher then it was 3 years ago, but not at the price they quoted us. We spoke with Buddy for a min when we first got there then he turned it over to a sales man. I think his name was Robert. Buddy didn't speak with us anymore after the first min, not like he did 3 years ago. We ended up buying my car but going through our credit Union at a much lower rate and much lower monthly payment. Its to bad Kia wasn't willing to get the price down like the credit Union to keep our customer retention going. I will not be going back and I will not send anyone else there. More

Had to buy two! I had looked at various car dealerships and became very uncomfortable with the "hovering" of the salesmen at these dealerships. i had said, Ii'm just I had looked at various car dealerships and became very uncomfortable with the "hovering" of the salesmen at these dealerships. i had said, Ii'm just looking, yet they "hovered" around me and my family until we decided to leave. KIA West Covina was so different! We were given space and time to "look around." Robert Y. was knowledgeable, patient, and made our buying experience such that we bought 2 KIA cars. The value for the price was terrific. The customer service was outstanding. I recommend this dealership and Robert Y. as the go to place/person when looking for a car. More

On 9/17/16 went in for service and said it was my fault for scheduling a recall service on a weekend because all they do is basic maintance. Its MY FAULT because I should know as if I work there. Seriously do you guys don't communicate? So now I'm stuck driving a truck whos horn doesn't work,has a recall on the axles,has electrical problems way to go KIA. More

Excellant Service! I just purchased a Kia Optima for my daughter and Robert Yanez is a wonderful sales representative. He is knowledgeable, kind, and a no pressure sales I just purchased a Kia Optima for my daughter and Robert Yanez is a wonderful sales representative. He is knowledgeable, kind, and a no pressure salesman. This was the first car buying experience that I have enjoyed and was done quickly! Made our wish come true. Made a call to ask about purchasing a car but we had horrible credit. The salesman Juan said no worries apply and we will call you back. Now we did not think they would call. 5 mins later Hugo called us and said come on in and we can work with you. We arrived and we were greeted by Frank Elliot and he rolled out the red carpet and was up for front and honest with us but never made us feel that they could not help us. The sale team Juan, Ray, Hugo and Frank took awesome care of us. Frank asked about our family and we explained we needed a van because we were adopting 3 little boys and we needed a bigger family car. They worked so hard for us and yesterday we were able to drive away with a 2016 Kia Sedona. I cried when they called me with the good news. Our boys are so excited. The saws team honestly worked a miracle for us and never once gave up. Tjank you so much for making our dream come true of owning our new car. Chris made signing all docs fun and was so professional. New car battery Called this place to get a new battery put into my 2014 Kia Optima. Not only did they have this battery in stock, but Danik was very helpful and prof Called this place to get a new battery put into my 2014 Kia Optima. Not only did they have this battery in stock, but Danik was very helpful and professional over the phone I did not feel rushed and he gave me a same day appointment on a Saturday. Upon my arrival I was promptly greeted by the employees in the service center . The whole process took no more than 20 minutes tops. I am very pleased at the service I received here, the staff is very professional, warm and welcoming and not to mention very knowledgeable. On my way out I was explaining to Danik about another issue I was experiencing before my battery died and another co-worker overheard and was able to explain further on where this other issue was originating from. I was very pleased with the information I was receiving from him although I wish I would have gotten his name. Overall, my experience here was amazing come see Danik and the rest of the service department crew in the service department. You won't be disappointed. More

AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, and OUTSTANDING Came in for a used car and Robert was very kind enough to help us. My sister found the perfect car with his help.
