Never again!!! In November 2017, I was looking to trade in my 2014 Kia Optima. I was promised (by the sales manager Jeff) that they would park the last 2017 Kia Sorr In November 2017, I was looking to trade in my 2014 Kia Optima. I was promised (by the sales manager Jeff) that they would park the last 2017 Kia Sorrento in the back so that I could pick it up the next day. When I got there after driving over 150 miles, I was informed that the car had been sold. (Problem #1) The only alternative was to purchase a 2018 Sorrento, which was over $10,000 more. After much haggling, I decided to do the deal. Only problem, they never paid my Kia Optima off. (Problem #2) Kia Motors Finance called me in January to continue making the payments on the Optima (that I no longer had). After trying for days to get in touch with Jeff, and repeatedly told to talk to KMF, I was informed that there was nothing Covina Valley Kia could do. After weeks of attempting to take it higher up the chain of command, I was finally able to speak with Wes Parker, the GM. Eventually, he agreed to send me a check to resolve the last 6 months of payment that I owed. The only problem was that the payment was now over 30 days late, and it was reflected on my credit report. (Problem #3) I called KMF again to dispute the late payment, and they told me to get a letter on official letterhead from Covina Valley Kia explaining that I was not the one responsible for the payments. Unfortunately, upon asking CV Kia for the letter I was informed that that was not a service they could provide. (Problem #4) I consider myself to be a very patient and reasonable man, but after such an unprofessional and discourteous experience with Covina Valley Kia, I decided I would be remiss as a customer to not share my story with others and warn them against doing business at such an establishment. New car broke down the next day! MY BRAND NEW CAR BOUGHT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BROKE DOWN THE NEXT DAY! I bought my Kia Niro on 2/18/18 and it broke down the next day as I was driving MY BRAND NEW CAR BOUGHT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BROKE DOWN THE NEXT DAY! I bought my Kia Niro on 2/18/18 and it broke down the next day as I was driving on the freeway! It stopped running at 160 miles and I had to be towed to the nearest Kia dealership -at night. I did not even have my car for 24 hours! Today is 2/22/18 and my car is still at the service department and still not working. I called Covina Valley Kia to see what they can do -and they're just giving me the run around. They sold me a car that completely stopped working the day after I purchased it! This is unacceptable. This is wrong. Please don't buy your car from Covina Valley Kia! It might break down the following day! More

When I got there I had alredy spoke to tux on sales representatives. I had alredy told them what I wanted n I made sure we got straight to business. My credit score was a 765 and I wanted to do a tread in. These guys , first lied about the car, bcues when I came it was not there anymore...then I tryed to finance a car and they wanted to give me 2000 for my 2013 Chevy Sonic. Then they keept playing with the number, try to make me get this car out my budget and my payments were even off. Omg what a head ack... fanily I walked n the representative there was making all the choices, ran out to chase me becues he knew he had messed up...but aging waste of time n the whole think was a joke. The started by telling me "I didn't really want a car, cuz if I did i would of got it" wrong I didn't want to get sucked in to buying something I know I could get better price for. Anyhow I went to Honda n I got a 2018 Honda civic LX. Which I'm so Happy with...no I don't recommend this dealership . He'll no I won't ever buy a car there...they need to hire people with more skills in customer service. So sad More
Owner lied about my lease and overcharged me $8000 Owner does not honor what comes out of his mouth. Was forced to purchase a car I didn't want and the car I Did want all they needed to do was take an additional $1500 off and I could have drove away with the car I wanted. Instead the only car I could drive off with that was in my budget was called an unwanted which had 2500 miles on it. So instead of leaving without a car I took the only one available and signed the papers. I feel I was forced and bullied into taking this car because it was literally my only given choice. I also have proof from a former employee that referred me that the last staff meeting he/she attended they were all told to make the deal you can forgive the extra mileage and make it disappear so you can get the sale. Literally week later I go to purchase a new car and ready to sign the papers for my Niro and I'm told in order for Kia to take back the leased car which originally cost me 22,500 in 2015 they purchased it back for 20,000 ($12,000 for the car and $8,000 for miles overage)! Seriously all they had to do was forgive the $8000 and my payment would be what I can afford and my balance wouldn't be 36,000 for a Kia Soul that was unwanted! So don't go here and listen to all there empty promises and deals because it's all Lies! Owner and his brother were not helpful instead were rude, demeaning and not helpful at all! The nerve to say yes I can help you get the car you want for another $3,000 down when I already got screwed for $8000 I should not have had to have on my contract in the first place you bunch of lowdown scheming liers! Be careful before you buy and inspect vehicle I bought a 2015 used but new to me vehicle . finance department is awful and tell lies. To make a long story short they lied to me , overpriced me, sold a car with bad tires,the very first night I bought it a warning indicating a headlight out came on and kept coming on ( the headlight was not out I figured it said that because it was sold with aftermarket headlights already installed in it and not by me either) well like 3 days later the headlight finally went out completely and it sucks that I haven't owned the car for a week yet and already need to replace something on it .I even think that they keyed my car that way I could not return it cuz I have cameras set up at my house and I don't have any enemies to do such a thing . Never will I buy from Kia ever again .and the whole gift card advertisement is a lie I never received nothing . I didn't even get a car fax on my car either . More

Mistakenly put a lien on my car and made me fix it with DMV I bought a brand new Kia Niro and paid in full. When I got the registration, it shows that the dealership had a lien on the title. When I called the dealership, they said that they would fix it. Instead, all they did was to sign off on the pink slip and told me to go to DMV myself to clear off the lien. Due to their mistake, I had to go through a lot of hassle and pay DMV additional processing fee to clear the title. More

The same day of the purchase I mentioned to the sales person and requested to put it on due bill and it was denied.They said that the tires passed DMV SAFETY INSPECTION and IS NOT TRUE" TIRES ARE VERY BOLD, I took it my self to a tire place for inspection and they affirmed the TIRES ARE BOLD I also find out the it needs ALIGNMENT & POSSIBLE STRUTS I went next day to speak with manager Danik and Boddy onei think Boddy told me over the phone that will take care of me but when I arrived he didn't even wanted to speak to me. He sent me the same finance manager that sold me the car Chris and he went back and forth to them and Everyone he asked refused to change them not even for used tires,it doesn't even have a spare and on the window sticker says that it comes with a spare and the kit to change the tire and nothing was in this vehicle The contract says "THE INFORMATION YOU SEE ON THE WINDOW FORM OF THIS VEHICLE IS PART OF THE CONTRACT, INFORMATION ON THE WINDOW FORM OVERRIDES ANY CONTRARY PROVISIONS IN THE CONTRACT FOR SALE." My window sticker says THIS VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH A SPARE AND KIT" NOTHING WAS PROVIDED . CHRIS came to me with a inflator kit 🤔 And told me if i want they can only split the price of one tire with me I was like wow " Is ok, thank you" and left . Next day the Gral.manager called me to thank me for the purchase and left me a voicemail welcoming me to their family lol and if i needed anything to call him. I did called and like usual NO ANSWER. left him a message and no one never return a call to me. I waited to take an action thinking He will get my voicemail and. call me back with help but nope NoTHING WAS DONE! Thats why im doing my review now Very bad experience I had. My car needs BOTH FRONT TIRES, ALIGNMENT & POSSIBLE STRUTS This was a very bad purchase.
