I previously purchased a vehicle from Covert Chevrolet Bastrop and my experience has been disappointing, to say the least. As a single woman, I trusted this dealership to sell me a reliable car, but inste Bastrop and my experience has been disappointing, to say the least. As a single woman, I trusted this dealership to sell me a reliable car, but instead, I feel completely taken advantage of. The car had significant faults that were not disclosed during the sale. Shortly after purchase, I noticed my car began to jerk while in drive and began overheating every 5-10 miles. In the span of 7 months, I had to replace the water tank, coolant reservoir, thermostat with housing, water pump, water pump mounting gasket, serpentine belt, Engine coolant air bleed hose connector, Coolant outlet flange, valve cover and valve cover gasket... THEN the ENTIRE ENGINE gave out and needed to be replaced. When I reached out to the dealership for support, the response was unhelpful, and the responsibility was not taken seriously. I expected honesty, professionalism, and a solution, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I reached out for assistance, the dealership was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no concern for my situation or their responsibility. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling deceived and undervalued as a customer. I urge others to think twice before purchasing from Covert Chevrolet Bastrop, especially if you’re someone like me who relies on honesty and fairness from professionals in the industry. More

My service has been over priced and poor. I had to go back to have a part they ordered put in. On that visit they tell me the parts department got the wrong part so I have to take the the car I had to go back to have a part they ordered put in. On that visit they tell me the parts department got the wrong part so I have to take the the car in yet another time. I also broke down the labor costs and found them to be inconsistent. $300 for a battery and $400 to put it in. Once this latest fiasco is done, I will not use them again More

just now New Worst vehicle purchase I have ever experienced… This Dealership is the reason people hate buying cars. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from three hours away, and it was a nightmare t experienced… This Dealership is the reason people hate buying cars. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from three hours away, and it was a nightmare to say the least. I paid for my own transportation to get the vehicle to me and when it arrived, I was shocked. The front and back bumpers were both not attached correctly. There were numerous dings and damage on the vehicle. None of which was disclosed to me by the salesman. When I let them know, I would be returning the vehicle and spending another $250 to get my vehicle back. They made a snide comment about if I Was going to be that picky I should buy brand new. To make matters worse, my vehicle had damage on it when it was returned to me. I have yet to receive an apology from anyone… I worked specifically with Michael V, Johnathan Abbott And Russell, the finance manager. Do not attempt to purchase your vehicle from this dealership! They do bad business! More
