The salesperson showed me the car walked around told me about all the benefits of buying from the dealership that this car was factory certified it included a warranty as a result and that they had treated the door handles and the edges of the doors and the screen inside the car that added all these special things that was the reason to buy from them. I told him I was a cash buyer and I wanted his best out the door price. At the time I didn't realize it but now I realize they were just him hemhawing me around and dragging me along. The manager came over and introduced himself to me Being all nice and everything. I I had to leave so I told him that I would come back. I went back the next day all ready to buy the car ready to go and then he finally, after making me sit at his desk and wait for him for approximately what seemed like 30 minutes! he brings me the out the door price and it's 10 grand over the price of the sticker on the car!! What he didn't tell me is that they charge for that warranty they charge for all of that cosmetic Improvement that they made to the car!!!! Had completely wasted my time. I was so disappointed and realized I had been lied to and felt cheated. Needless to say of course I didn't buy the car. The salesperson's face turned red and he said you said you were going to buy this car today! angrily at me! I could tell he knew that I was going to be upset because he had misrepresented everything. But he was still belligerent in spite of that I guess that's how he's been trained. I can't imagine why anybody would act that way. Did they honestly think I would just go ahead and buy the car after I had been lied to and I felt cheated who does that? I bought a car (jeep) two days after that. I guess I dodged a bullet. I bought it at CarMax they have been amazing they filled it up with gas washed it for me all of the communication has been spot on and beneficial to both parties not a bunch of xx I guess things worked out for the best. I will never go back to that dealership again Kyle and his boss our liars and cheaters I wanted to get my car serviced there. More

He brought it around for my convenience, and I sat in it and said I think you finally found a car I like!! I am so appreciative to him, and I am a new owner of a beautiful black Buick! A little sporty, too, I might add. I can’t say enough praises for Carlos. He worked hard on my behalf with coming down to a number that was reasonable to drive my new vehicle off the lot. I rated them 1 only because they had inventory. That said their business ethics is 0. They took advantage of inventory supply & upcharged msrp by 10+ percent, (unprecedented). They also have several “add on” dealer fees, some of which I doubt are legal. (The product/service may be legal but the way it’s marketed/sold is shady at best). My experience with Covert started well but after the sales process I have a sour opinion. I was sold a 2022 QX80. I did receive very good customer service; however, I was under the impression that a thorough inspection was performed by Covert. Shortly after I purchased the SUV a sensor light came on. I took it to Infinity they did an inspection and discovered rear brakes were bad and needed replacement. I spoke with Alex and was informed that Covert would not cover new brakes bc it fell within TX safety guidelines. This didn’t sit well with me. So, I probably deal with any Covert again. Also, the car wasn’t detailed properly. Vehicle has hard water stains on windows which I have to get removed. - Garcia Johnson 757-750-7116 More
