The new location of the facility is outstanding and clean and the sales team were all accommodating and keeping us informed while we were waiting for finance. It is nice to finally experience one dealership in Phoenix area without the extreme pressure of the sales associates. This makes the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle much better to not feel that unwanted pressure. We were very happy with Ben Brown, our sales associate who answered all of our questions with patience and care. The entire experience was smooth and very enjoyable, which we are very grateful for. A special thanks to Jeremy Ransom who expedited our financial process as we had another obligation to get to that evening. He was not pushy nor demanding like many car salesman, he was respectful. The dealership itself was respectful too! It was clean and classy looking. The positions of the cars in the lot made it easy to look at them and close to the building itself. The dealership had bottled water available which was great on a hot day like the day we were there. They also had snacks which was nice to have if you have to wait. The dealership was busy and we had to wait to sign papers, but they did it with respect and kept us informed when our turn came to sign papers. Overall a nice experience. More

All were courteous and always responded quickly, even on their days off. Communication was huge for us because we live in Texas and blind purchased the vehicle. Nate was actually on vacation at one point and still responded to my calls/texts during that time!! Very impressed!
