I went through True car and had multiple dealers and sales associates contacting me. I requested to be contacted only via email. While several did respect this, others sent emails and called constantly. I deleted any calls without listening to them. Kameron was one of the few who emailed me without the annoying calls. He respected my requests for information on vehicles with a proviso I didn’t know when I wanted to buy or even if I wanted a Volvo. He would send an occasional professional email letting me know he was available if I had any questions. Others did the high pressure email which I also deleted. Kameron was helpful, informative, and professional when I went into the dealership. He even stayed late to work with me. He made the experience less stressful. I can’t say enough good things about him. More

We've been to several top name dealerships and all they've had was overpriced junk and had poor customer service. We found a vehicle on their website that we really liked and it was priced fair. When we arrived it was top notch from the start. Beautiful facility and everyone greeted us. Our salesman Ed Himes was the best we've ever dealt with. He was very polite, patient, and great people skills. There was absolutely no pressure, and the vehicle was as advertised and in great shape. We were able to make a good deal and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Great experience with their sales manager Jeremy, as well as the finance manager Mike. When the vehicle was ready, they had the red carpet out, and Ed Himes toured it with us. We'll definitely be doing business with them in the future.
