Excellent Service at Courtesy Volvo with Jud White! We bought our Volvo XC90 in August of 2017. We initially took it to another Volvo dealership in the Valley that was closer to our home for our service checks, but had a terrible experience twice. We now will only ever take our vehicles to Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale with Jud White. Jud provides outstanding and honest customer service. He is knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He addressed and fixed issues with our vehicle that we had been trying to get fixed for some time. We feel grateful and highly recommend this dealership and Jud! This is the type of service we had always expected when buying a Volvo. He has restored our faith in Volvo. Thank you Jud! More

I stopped by Courtesy Volvo Cars of Scottsdale to look at a vehicle I was interested in. I was met by Sales Associate, Robby, who immediately grabbed the keys to the vehicle I was looking at and let me take it for a spin. He went over the Carfax and all the components that the vehicle offered. I explained my situation and that I was already re-approved through my credit union. He was very understanding and didn't waste my time with small talk. He handed me off to Frank, who continued to take great care of my buying needs. We worked out a fair deal for my vehicle of choice and I had a seamless and calm experience with the Finance Manager, Mike. I very much appreciate each one of these men for their service and for providing a stress-free environment. I was very apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle through a dealer, but my experience with these men and this dealership was the best I'd had in my 20 years of car buying. I will definitely be back for future purchases! More

READ THE FINE PRINT I have purchased a few cars from this dealer and have nothing but an amazing experience which is why I trusted to send my wife alone to purchase a new I have purchased a few cars from this dealer and have nothing but an amazing experience which is why I trusted to send my wife alone to purchase a new Volvo. First I would like to say that this rating has nothing to do with their service department as Jud honestly is the best service advisor I have ever had! My wife new exactly the car she wanted and the special was online at a set price so I felt comfortable sending her up and letting her just purchase the car as they had earned my trust. Kameron was the sales person helping her and she told him exactly what she wanted based on their advertisement. Kameron came back with pricing well above what was listed online and my wife was confused so she called me. Kameron has told her the reason for the increase In price was because she didn’t read the fine print! We needed to have a credit score of 900 to qualify for the offer. Now besides the fact that all three FICO institutions don’t even rate that high my credit was 822 which is from everyone I have talked with considered perfect. This is where I became upset as Kameron was clearly either lying or was not properly trained to sell cars. I instructed my wife to just leave as I refuse to give any money to a business that operates with Fine Print. I wrote an email to the sales department which to their credit they responded quickly too and offered to help. Even Jud reached out to my wife and said they wanted to make it right and somebody would reach out ASAP. Well that is where their caring ended in my opinion. I was traveling out of town and wrote their sales manager Brock stating such. I asked if we could we meet to discuss when I returned to which I have yet to receive a reply from. Even after the bait and switch sales tactics used by Kameron I was willing to give them a second chance but evidently their statements of wanting to making it right were superficial. Living is Chandler it is more convenient to go to Volvo of Gilbert but since Courtesy Volvo in Scottsdale had taken care of me I wanted to make sure to honor that with my loyalty. I was initially upset that they tried to take advantage of my wife but as I have had time to reflect I am more disappointed than anything. I think we have all heard the term “used car salesmen” and understand what this means but I never thought I would run into this with Courtesy. Again service department is hands down top of the class but I would not recommend to purchase a vehicle from a dealer who uses sales tactics like fine print and lying about credit scores just to squeeze more $ from their customer base. More
