I received a quick response from Robby who answered all my questions and even took the time to send me a video of the car I was interested in (which gave me much better insight and views of the cars than the photos online). When I arrived, Robby was there to help me through the rest of the process. I really appreciated his straightforward nature, his laid back approach, and his corny jokes. After some mild negotiation, I left with the deal I came in wanting. The only critique I have would be with the dealership in general in that I did not appreciate all the extra add-ons installed on a used car as this increases the price with items I mostly did not want - and I did not learn about these add-ons until I got to the lot. Other than that, my family is in the market for another car and I would not hesitate to do business with Courtesy Volvo again! More
