Did not feel like a VOLVO dealership This is my 7th Volvo I have purchased. Every time has been an amazing experience. It is part of what has sold me on the brand loyalty. This purchas This is my 7th Volvo I have purchased. Every time has been an amazing experience. It is part of what has sold me on the brand loyalty. This purchase felt quite different. I first had to send two emails through Cargurus to get a response. I then traveled from Tucson to meet Robby and upon my arrival he was nowhere to be found for half hour even though we had been in contact 45 minutes out of the city. The front receptionist had no idea where he was. Finally I said "I'll text him." When he finally came out and we went for a spin, he knew very very little about the car, and was forthright in telling me "you know more about the car than I do." The test drive we sat in silence. No passion. No questions about my past with Volvo. Zero engagement. Nothing. I was SO unimpressed from the get go that I was ready to walk. I didn't even care about the car anymore. I even asked about other cars and he was so unaccommodating- visibly not interested in finding out what exactly I was looking for. I was ready to go home again but I felt I should give him an opportunity to see what he could do to make a great deal. I never felt he was fighting for what I wanted. It was the cliched back and forth game that makes people simply hate buying a car. His exact words were, "your expectations simply don't make sense! They don't add up!!!" ( Well guess who drove off in the car?) I also don't need to be convinced how his customers love and adore him, etc. It's simply not relevant to my experience, however, he did carry on about it. Long story short, once we agreed on a price, Robby told me he was done with his part and that the finance manager would come to get me. I waited well over an hour -pushing TWO HOURS-to meet with Mike, the finance manager. This was on a Friday by the way! I did not feel my time was respected. No one apologized. I could not believe it. I was literally ready to walk-again! I did not feel I was valued. I felt like I was at a subpar used car dealership and that is NOT what I have come to expect from my purchases with a luxury brand like Volvo. Cory was to the point. Fair. Professional. but I still felt like a transaction. Mike was the only part that made me feel this was worth my time. Honest. Efficient. Took the time to answer my questions. He literally reeled me back in. Thank you, Mike. Now, I don't usually move to discredit anyone online, but it is important to me that I , too, be honest with you. I am well aware how Volvo strives to be Excellent-not just good -in all they do. This was not my experience here. Yes, people were kind. Yes, nice, clean dealership- but I can get that from a CHEVY dealership! I expected to feel special in this dealership as I had in all my past purchases and leases (Volvo Cars of Tucson, Powell Volvo, Tempe Volvo, etc.) I expect to interact with professionals who are passionate about the brand and know it BETTER than I do and know howto make me feel like this vehicle is the best fit for me. I expect to be inspired before spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle. It is only because I know the brand well that I am able to look past this experience at this dealership. It is my hope you will be open to the feedback and learn from it for your customers in the future. There are other options, other dealers. When you're selling a unique product you have to put unique in front of every single potential customer and make them feel just as unique. Granted it is not easy but it can and does happen. This wasn't one of those times. More

I was not in the market for a Volvo, but rather a pre-owned Nissan Maxima in their used car in I had a great car buying experience at Courtesy Volvo. I was not in the market for a Volvo, but rather a pre-owned Nissan Maxima in their used car inventory. Jr. Alvarez and his sales manager Cory were wonderful to work with, and they worked hard to get my monthly payment down to where I wanted it to be. Drew in finance did a great job of explaining everything as I was signing my loan paperwork. I was given a great trade-in for my prior vehicle, as well as a bumper to bumper warranty and theft protection on my new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle! Jud in service is also a pleasure to deal with. More
Shattered my expectations. You are in great hands. Bar none-the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been burned by the process in the past and, naturally, I have my “shields up” when enterin Bar none-the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been burned by the process in the past and, naturally, I have my “shields up” when entering a dealership. Those shields lasted about 10 seconds. I was greeted with genuine smiles and handshakes and Jeremy had prepared his best team in anticipation of my arrival: Andrew & Drew. Rapport was established immediately, never forced. Jeremy was organized, efficient, and completely transparent; asking for my input on every detail to my specifications: price range, desired monthly payments, warranties, etc. Within minutes, he pulled up the make and models I was looking for, trade in value for my current vehicle, and my credit report. Andrew Caron took me to the lot where he answered any and all questions I had about several cars of interest. I felt like a kid in a toy store; encouraged to take as much time as I needed to look at, ask about, and drive anything I wanted. Andrew established his credibility right away. A credit to customer service and person to person customer relations, I felt like I was chatting with an old buddy who, as an added bonus, was also a virtual Rolodex of car/industry related information. Andrew was funny, helpful, endearing and- above all- patient. Never once did I feel the slightest pressure or push to make a decision or move towards something that just wasn’t right for me. I test drove two vehicles and that’s all it took. Before I knew it, I was back in Jeremy’s office where he had gotten me monthly payments, exceptionally lower than I’d expected, as well as a low-interest rate. I even asked if he could go lower and, you know what? He made it work. From sit down to drive off, I was there for about 2&1/2 – 3 hours; couldn’t believe how quickly everything was handled. Drew Luis handled my paperwork and walked me through every step with ease. Overall, I could not be happier. I will continue to do my business with Courtesy Volvo and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Remember the names: Jeremy Sarnataro, Andrew Caron, Drew Luis. I have never had a more pleasant and, dare I say, fun experience buying a car as I did with these gentlemen at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale. More

Franks customer service is great, definitely ask for him when you are looking for a car. Good Experience Frank McKnight and he was great to work with when I first came out to see the XC90 for the first time and then worked with me throughout the process.
