Great Experience! I went in to look at a Volvo which was really very nice, but just not the right car for me. My sales associate told me about another car on the lot th I went in to look at a Volvo which was really very nice, but just not the right car for me. My sales associate told me about another car on the lot that fit my criteria and asked if I'd like to look at it. Turns out, it was absolutely the perfect car, and even though I had several other cars lined up to see the next day, I jumped on the opportunity. I was impressed that she listened to exactly what I wanted, and knew the inventory to show it to me. The sales part was easy. I got an UNBELIEVABLE price on my new car. My only wish would have been to have gotten a little higher trade on my old car. However, I was able to get them to come up quite a bit from the first offer they made, and I knew i wouldn't find another deal like I was getting on the new one anywhere else. They stayed after hours to help me set everything up, and when I needed to leave, offered for me to bring the car back the next day, so they could show me all the features of the car. I personally had a great experience, and would shop here again without hesitation. More

I am a California “transplant” and purchased my XC-60 from a dealer there with a long personal connection, but Mr. Lawrence treated me as if I purchased my Volvo from Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale and as if I was a long-time valued customer of that dealership.
