I say that because of recent hardships I had to junk my beloved Honda to the junkyard while moving from Oregon to Arizona which left me with no car, no job and far less than stellar credit. Long story short they believed in me and went to bat for me to get the nicest car I have ever owned with when I had very little hope of being financed and approved. 3 hours is too long for a battery change It’s a very nice facility and staff are very friendly. But it took way too long for a battery change - over 3 hours. I said I have a warning indication light that says “low charge” for battery. After 2 hours of waiting I checked on the wait time and I was told they just diagnosed that it needed a new battery. I wish I knew it would have taken that long beforehand. More
