We were not planning on this situation so our funds are very limited for a down payment. We were only able to scrape together 1000. We were looking for vehicles with 3 rows as we have 4 kids, and low price to stay within our budget. We were told by Daniel after a few days he had the deal wrapped up with 1500 down which was stretching us but we really need a vehicle to get to work. We were very clear with the amount we had down and that we were driving over and hour from San Tan Valley. They assured us we were good and they would not waste our time like the previous dealership had. We went into the dealership. Daniel presented with a payment which we agreed to and were told Finance would be out to grab us for paperwork. Then came the bait and switch.... Suddenly they needed 1500 more down, which we are not able to do. A bit more back and forth and the deal was off. They recommended we go to their sister dealership Courtesy Chevy. After the treatment we received here we were hesitant to go to their sister dealership but we called and spoke to Shola. He assured us we could get it done with him at Courtesy Chevy and we drove over to that dealership. I should have gotten the bad vibe when Shola didn’t even bother to come to the showroom to meet us before he pawned us off on another sales person Crystal. We discussed our needs (3 rows, reasonable payment). We offered her the same 1500 we had offer Courtesy Volvo. She came back with can we put more down, we agreed to the 1500 and an additional 500 deferred till Oct. She came back and said she was given a couple of vehicles to show us. She shows us a Prius? At that point we felt really offended and were ready to leave, but she asked that we meet with the Finance Mngr of the CAC Dept Carlos Valenzuela. After a conversation he tells us he can get the deal done. He needed copies of our bank statements which we couldn’t get until Monday morning. So two more days wasted we are now on Monday. We spend all day Monday running around for bank statements, and this form, and that form. Finally Monday afternoon after assuring us he would be able to get a deal done, he has the sales person call me to let me know they need 3000 down to get into the car we were told we were good on. Conclusion: We spent the remainder of that week trying to get together some more funds. We got some help from family and with the 3000 down they gave us two options a version of the vehicle we were told we would qualify for with the 3000 down and a Traverse with a payment of $689. There seems like need for Customer Service training and development here when you have a conversation with one of them and minutes later they have completely forgotten any of the things important to you and your family. There also should be a point where you follow thru when you give a customer your word. I would not recommend Courtesy Brand of dealerships as a whole. Even when they were possibly my only option I didn’t want to give them my business. I am pleased to say I purchased a vehicle at $120 lesser from a payment stand point and for 60 months as opposed to 72. More

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would On Saturday I went to Courtesy Volvo to trade in my 2013 Ford Explorer and buy a different vehicle with a lower monthly payment. The salesperson press On Saturday I went to Courtesy Volvo to trade in my 2013 Ford Explorer and buy a different vehicle with a lower monthly payment. The salesperson pressured me into buying a 2016 Chevy Malibu. This was the only car that I was able to test drive before they wanted to write up an offer and have me buy the vehicle. I bought the vehicle and brought it home after getting it home there was an issue with the key fob where it locks in the vehicle when any door is closed. The key fob also doesn't register that it's in the vehicle this causes the vehicle to not start at times. I have contacted the dealership and they have offered to fix it but won't fix it until Tuesday. I can't go until Tuesday with a vehicle that may or may not work. I asked for them to undo the sale and give me the explorer back since I was still in my 7 day period. They will not give the explorer back. I then offered to buy the explorer back for what I owed on it when I brought it in. They have not responded to that request. They admitted to knowing that my explorer was a limited model meaning it had many more features than most explorers and that they sold me a base model knowing full well that I would not like the features present in the vehicle. Chris and his team were horrible to me and wrote me off. They were just trying to get me out the door when I came back to talk about what was happening with the vehicle. Also on my way home, tonight the apple car play function in the car stopped working. I would never use this dealership again and would most certainly not recommend it to anyone I know. Please beware and do not buy from these scams and xxxx bags. They are only looking to make a quick buck and essentially stole my vehicle right from under me. I would not trust them ever again! More
