A+ Customer Service Customer service at it's finest. Simple as that. Let's face it buying a car is never fun. The process can be daunting and tiresome. I first called Customer service at it's finest. Simple as that. Let's face it buying a car is never fun. The process can be daunting and tiresome. I first called into the dealership and inquired about a test drive. I stopped in and test drove my car with Chris Jones. Who was both friendly and professional. I let him know that I wanted to continue shopping and would follow up. He said no problem and left me with his card. So last week on the 11th I stepped in ready to make a deal on a the vehicle. I worked with Ben Brown and Daniel Morgan. They really made the process streamlined. I did a 2nd test drive to solidify my decision and then continued on to finance. I cannot stress the transparency that Daniel provided and the re-assurance from Ben. Albeit I stepped in with financing just about set so everyone's situation maybe different. Nonetheless they really worked hard to earn my business. I was in and out within about 1 hour or so. I was surprised and appreciated their respect for time. The combination of the transparency, service, and streamlined process made this a great experience. I've purchased vehicles before. Both Ben and Daniel along with the rest of the staff at Courtesy Volvo showed me and proved to me that it could be better. Great customer service personified. I arrived at 8:30pm (30 min before closing) and was shaking hands on a completed deal with finance by 9:30pm. Our price was negotiated rather quickly and I am happy with my outcome.
