The Courtesy automotive brand has been serving Phoenix customers since 1955. Courtesy Automotive in addition has a Chevrolet store in San Diego and a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store in San Juan Capistrano in CA. This will be the first new store in Phoenix since 1955. Courtesy Automotive started in 1955 with the family member Ed Fitzgerald. Not long after that, William Gruwell joined the family and the business, and today leads the organization as President of Courtesy Automotive. He is joined by his two sons, Mark Gruwell, General Manager of Courtesy San Diego, Scott Gruwell General Manager of Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix and his son in law, Jason Church, who is the General Manager of the new Courtesy VOLVO of Scottsdale.
The Courtesy family has three generations of ownership and is excited to add the VOLVO brand to the Courtesy Group. With the amazing line up of new VOLVO products, and the Courtesy reputation of looking after our customers, we look forward to serving the Valley's VOLVO customers.
Construction started in January, 2017 and with a completed store ready to open in August 2017. The family is excited to offer a full line up of new VOLVO cars and SUVs serving the Scottsdale, Phoenix and Paradise Valley areas at first. Courtesy VOLVO of Scottsdale will offer a complete line up of Certified Used VOLVOs, as we have a heritage of supporting and promoting the benefits of a strong Certified program to our customers.

Amazing experience! I was in the market for a new car for about 2 months. I was not having any luck at any of the other dealerships I went to. When I stepped into Courtes I was in the market for a new car for about 2 months. I was not having any luck at any of the other dealerships I went to. When I stepped into Courtesy Volvo everything changed! I was greeted by Jason, and then introduced to Nick Bakaleinikoff who would be helping me the rest of the time. I told him what type of car I was looking for and he introduced me to one that I just fell in love with! He was very knowledgeable about the car and everything it had. He made this whole experience very enjoyable and not as stressful as I thought it would be. The finance department was extremely helpful as well. I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend Courtesy Volvo to anyone who is looking for a car! More
