Promises with NO delivery So we bought a car from them for our daughter. We got add ons to include tint and a spare key as it was a used vehicle. The don't part was fine but the spare key was a nightmare. They told us they would come to our house to get us a spare key. Not the case. We we're told we had to meet them somewhere in town on their schedule and not ours. Not what we were promised. Then after the runaround there we contacted our salesman who basically said they held up their end of the deal and not their problem. After contaxting the sales manager which I got the run around there also they finally agreed to refund the money for the key. I was told to come by the dealership to pick up a check which naturally was not there. Waste of 30 miles of driving. Then was promised it would be mailed and after two weeks it finally showed up. Was was even better was I got the key from a Chevy dealer for 1/3 the price they were charging me showing how much they over price their add ons. I am getting ready to buy another vehicle but it will not be from them and I don't recommend anyone going to them. More

Always good I don’t know what to say, really...the service is just like the car...it’s just done well. Service is displayed on a time board and the bays are visible...husband remarked “God, it’s always so CLEAN back there. I’ve never seen a service department so clean before.” The work is always done and the prices aren’t unreasonable. When the bill came, the husband said “That’s not as bad as I thought it’d be”. When we were on our way out, he kept the comments coming...”Theyre so personable, like old friends...how often ARE you here?!” Husband has also been driving chevys. Poor husband. (Slowly but surely, They’re repairing him too.) More

Plus, they all worked together WITH us to make sure we were fully informed. No waiting around for the manager to make a “decision.” I highly recommend this dealer and the staff as the total car buying experience was phenomenal. More

Overall great some things to nit pick. Overall my experience was great, salesman were super friendly and very clean dealership. The car was very much taken care of and in great condition, and I had asked to have the battery fully charged when I arrived to see the capacity of the battery, which they did! They were willing to negotiate my trade in which was awesome. The whole process was great. Now, they are some things I did not care for. The price online was 6,750 with no mention of the ~2,500 of additional add-ons, at least put some fine print on website. The other big thing for me was when explaining add-ons, the salesman mentioned that nitrogen in tires is something arizona requires. After doing some quick research I found no such thing, I could be wrong but nothing came up. The salesman WAS willing to negotiate those add-ons but I did not appreciate that. Also, when asking if I could fill up tires at dealership when low, mentioned I could just fill up with regular air anywhere, then why am I paying for nitrogen? Again, just some things that bothered me, but other than that, great experience. More
