I was there two days ago to buy a used Toyota car. I had an appointment with Jason Hise, and working with him was the best car buying experience so far. He was very professional, and whole process was smooth and quick. He was really polite and efficient, it took us only 45 minutes to close the deal. Also, finance manager Marcus Watkins did a great job. To conclude it took me about one hour to leave with a new car, making this deal very quick and pleasant. I would highly recommend Courtesy Volvo dealership to everyone. More
Attempt to purchase a car but got the run around UPDATE: I had posted an update at the end of this review last Friday afternoon, stating that I had been called by a manager who agreed to set up the UPDATE: I had posted an update at the end of this review last Friday afternoon, stating that I had been called by a manager who agreed to set up the test drive and make it work, and asked that I edit this review to reflect the change which I did. I was told the salesman would call me back to set up the final arrangement to have the car delivered on Monday. Well guess what, never heard from anyone again and no car was delivered for us to look at. I have no doubt there are good people who work at this dealership, I just wish I had found one. I have no interest in dealing with them anymore. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I went to the dealership last Wednesday to look at a late model used Volvo. I met with the salesman Johnny, who initially was very helpful. I had a few questions about the car but he couldn’t answer them, said he would talk to a service person and get back to me. He did not call back on Wednesday as I expected but did on Thursday, but had no answer to the questions I had asked. I had surgery a week ago so standing and looking at cars was a bit difficult for me. On the dealership website it lists that you can do a 24 hour test drive, recognizing that this would be a great option for me to use I called and spoke to Johnny about that option. He said they do that all the time so he would talk to his manager and get back to me. Johnny called back Friday afternoon and said he would be able to set up the extended test drive so I sent him the paperwork he wanted. On Saturday he called to say that his manager was now saying they could not do the extended test drive and gave conflicting reasons as to why. Initially he said he couldn’t do it in this car but when I asked why he said the dealership no longer does this. I asked why it was listed as a service on their website then, he responded by saying they had to update their website. So, I am more than a bit confused and disappointed; this service is listed on their website, the salesman says it’s a service they do all the time and says the manager approved it but then it changed with no real explanation. I am beginning to wonder if it was something about me that made them change their mind or just weren’t interested in selling a car to me. So if you are looking to buy a car from them just be aware of the ever changing stories. UPDATE: Jeremy, a sales manager called me after this review posted, we spoke about the issue and he agreed to allow me to have the extended test drive. He explained some of the reasons behind their decisions which created the confusion on decisions. I appreciate the quick response to my concerns and their wanting to make it right. I look forward to the test drive and deciding if the car is right for us. Thank you. More

The service was done correctly in the end, but the treatment I got and the hoops I had to jump through to get it done were ridiculous. This dealership is shady and unreliable, and I will never be taking my car here for service again. Update: The managers at Courtesy Volvo and Kyle made my experience better after they worked hard to amend my bad experience. I was contacted promptly and efficiently, and was cared for as a customer. In addition to monetary compensation, I was guaranteed a better service experience in the future. I appreciate their thoroughness in making right with their customers! More
