Jud always does a great job making sure my XC90 keeps running. I had an issue with a window not going back up. We started coming to Courtesy Volvo with our car when we moved to Az. Since, we've purchased a new XC60 and recently a S60 sedan after our 2012 S60 was totaled. We had amazing customer service from previous moved to Az. Since, we've purchased a new XC60 and recently a S60 sedan after our 2012 S60 was totaled. We had amazing customer service from previous purchase with Jake. The last purchase was very disappointing with Sean. After agreeing to the purchase we saw Drew, who is amazing, but Sean went to another couple and we were 'handed off' to another salesman. I know he was new, but we've never been treated like that at Volvo or Mercedes dealerships! My husband comes in and everyone says hello and the service dept is wonderful!! My husband was in last Friday and Sean just walked right past him without a greeting...not smart business on his part. He certainly won't have our return business but others there will..he has alot to learn in the customer service aspect of selling automobiles! As a dealership 99% is great business! More

After sale issues I purchased an XC90 from this dealer in early November, 2019. The sale process was professional and enjoyable. Prior to closing, I informed the sale I purchased an XC90 from this dealer in early November, 2019. The sale process was professional and enjoyable. Prior to closing, I informed the salesman that I would be registering the car in another state and would need a front license bracket. At closing, I was charged a registration fee for the car. Thinking that the dealer ship would take care of the out of state registration, I didn’t question it. Also, at closing, I was given a credit to the purchase price to resolve a last issue. I was told I would get a check in short order. A day after closing I called to confirm they would be handling the registration. I was told, no, they didn’t do that. I said they needed to refund me the registration fee paid at closing. I was told, first that it would be sent after 10 days, then later that it took 30-45 days. I finally received a check more than two months after closing, but only for the registration fee. I have still not received the closing credit, which is supposed to be forthcoming some 2 1/2 months late and counting. Also, when I returned from out of state with my license plates, I discovered that the front plate bracket had not been installed. I asked the dealership to send someone to install the bracket, but they refused. I will have to drive 50 miles and wait for their service department to install something that they screwed up on. Unfortunately, there isn’t the same urgency to satisfy a customer after a sale as before it. I have indicated 3 management individuals that I worked with, but only because this form requires me to name someone. I don’t know them. I decline to name my salesman because he has treated me fairly. I think these issues are beyond his control. More
