This place has misleading and unethical practices. Went in two times for a particular vehicle. From the beginning they used common auto dealer scams to try to get over on me. The advertised price online looked great until they added over $4,000 in fees to the out the door price. This is known in the car industry as "packing the contract". I agreed to terms on a price on the first visit, but went home to do some more homework. I got a pre-approval through a local credit union and set up another appointment. I attempted to re-negotiate the deal in person. They told me in person that they would not budge so I left. As I get on the freeway due to a family emergency, a salesman calls me with a deal much closer to the price that I wanted PRIOR TO LEAVING. He proceeds to act as though he felt bad that I left and verbally tells me an out the door price on the phone as I am driving. We negotiated a price and I told him that we have a deal. I told him I would come back after taking care of the emergency and that I would call my credit union. The salesman then calls me back saying that someone is on their way to look at the same vehicle and asks if I would like to put a deposit down. I refused because I did not feel comfortable doing this over the phone as I was just there in person to make the deal. I call back and all of the sudden the car is sold. These guys are time wasters and don't care about customers. They only care about making profit. BUYERS BEWARE! You have been warned. More

Me and my husband were looking for a lower mileage Kia Optima. So we scheduled a test drive yesterday pretty late, around 7pm. We had a great experience at Courtesy Volvo! After researching a number of SUVs all over the valley, we found one that met our family’s needs at CV. CV offered to bring the used 2019 Suburban to our h researching a number of SUVs all over the valley, we found one that met our family’s needs at CV. CV offered to bring the used 2019 Suburban to our house for a test drive, but we had a few other test drives at other lots scheduled that day. When we showed up to CV dealership, I texted Daniel to let him know we had arrived. Although he was with another customer in his office (the dealership was crazy busy!), Art got us on our way within 5 minutes of arriving on the lot. We spent maybe 20 minutes total at the dealership, including the test drive. From there, the negotiations were very minimal and everything we needed to see and confirm was handled via videos/texts/calls from Daniel (super convenient!). We closed on the Suburban the very next day! Drew in finance was great at his job in letting us know of warranties, gap coverage, and other options available to us. Buyers should know that this is simply part of the process when financing a vehicle at any dealership. As a buyer, it’s good to have options available that are certifiable and completely up to you as to whether or not you decide to add-on to your purchase of the vehicle. From the customer service we’ve already received as first time buyers at Courtesy Volvo (we previously bought/sold a handful of vehicles in Denver), we’re very confident they’ll continue to provide excellent customer service. Simply put... family-owned Courtesy Volvo wants to ensure you’re happy with your purchase! PS - Huge kudos to Courtesy Volvo’s detailing team! While we may have purchased a used 2019 Suburban, it looks and even smells like a brand new vehicle. Gotta love that “new car smell!” More
