Dealing with Courtesy VOLVO has, in general, been a welcome change as many of the Tempe VOLVO associates are now located here in Scottsdale and their customer service is fabulous! Ben encouraged me to test drive different cars and didn't push me at all to go over my budget. He was incredibly kind and personable; I didn't feel pressure to buy. Mike in finance was exceptionally helpful, explaining each step of the financing process while also guiding me to make the most knowledgeable decisions.
