Ben encouraged me to test drive different cars and didn't push me at all to go over my budget. He was incredibly kind and personable; I didn't feel pressure to buy. Mike in finance was exceptionally helpful, explaining each step of the financing process while also guiding me to make the most knowledgeable decisions. The following morning when we arrived Mike was waiting with the car discussed when and showed us all of our options until we found the perfect vehicle that fit. Mike went above and beyond and was kind enough to personally deliver the car to our home way out in N Scottsdale that night since my wife and I had some logistical challenges. The delivery was thorough and at our home which could not have been better. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mike especially. I will also say that I am blown away by all of the safety technology in this car...very pleased!!! More
