We were impressed with Mr. Nyuyen’s professionalism, his easy way of explaining our purchase, his whole “down to earth” demeanor, not to mention his knowledge of our purchase and willingness to go the extra mile to get us into a vehicle. Those are only some of the wonderful traits we saw exhibited. There really was much more that I cannot find the words to do justice to him. Mr. Ertle was extremely knowledgeable about all of the financing, transfers of title, tags, etc. and was just a friendly and outgoing young man that made it easy for us to sign all of the paper work. He had a real enthusiasm that came across to us. It was really refreshing to not have a drone just going through the motions, which we have had on prior times at Courtesy. I think the really best compliment I can give both men is we were there at the dealership for only 2 hours! That has got to be a record for us, because most of the time we have had to wait for a managers okay, the salesman to check all the paper work (or something else), and we usually spend at least 4 hours or more! Mr. Nguyen and Mr. Ertle made the whole process easy and quick for us, which REALLY impressed us! We both wanted to compliment them to you to ensure you know what great employees you have in your company. They should be rewarded for their tremendous out look and energy! More
