I've driven cars by Nissan for the past 20 years. Prior to coming to Todd Denny, I was at the Nissan Dealership right down the street on the same day. I told them that I was ready to buy a car. I knew wh to coming to Todd Denny, I was at the Nissan Dealership right down the street on the same day. I told them that I was ready to buy a car. I knew what I wanted, but I wasn't feeling it this time. I was torn and confused. Nothing really grabbed me. They lost a customer that day due to poor salesmanship and lack of inventory (I didn't see anything that really screamed out "Buy Me"). I wasn't really impressed with the visit but at the same time, I had planned on going back for a second look. A friend that was with me encouraged me to take a look at something "different". So from there, we went to the Honda dealer where I did a test drive. Didn't like their selections, but did ask for a deal on one. I was left alone for over 20 minutes at someone's desk while they went to see what they could do for me. I walked out. It took too long. They had my cell phone number but did not call me to come back or reconsider. Toyota was my 3rd stop that day. I'm hot, sweaty and frustrated. When I met Todd he was very calm and professional. I test drove a Corolla and a Camry. Wanting to drive around a think about it, I left and went back to Nissan for my 2nd look. Todd called and said "I want to help you. I want to put you in that car that you're looking for today". I was on a mission that day to buy a car and he was on a mission to sell me a car! It was a good fit. He made it happen and provided excellent customer service. Once my eyes fixed on the Camry that I now have, I knew that I had found my car. I told Todd "this is it, this is what I want"! The rest is history. Excellent customer service. Awesome visit! More

I can I have to say Shopping for vehicle in the past has been a very VERY stressful!!!! From the moment I walk on the Lot everyone was caring, friendly, knowledgable about the product. He was not pushy, which was refreshing from the 4 other dealers I had visited on May 31, 2012. Once I figure out what I needed he help to make the deal work for both of us!!! For the record they (Alex finance man), Manager and Josh Wilson were there until almost midnight to help me get the Truck of my dream and gave up their own family time to help me get transportation which reliable, safe and good gas milage. This is the only time I can honestly say the next am I felt at peace about the deal, not stress out or figure out how to get out of it, etc. This is not what happen when I have made any deals with out sleeping on it!!!! I really think it was due to the Gang at this dealership making you feel like you where related to them and did you right!!!! I have never own a Toyota vehicle in the past always have had dodge, ford, and pontiac but now I know why the customer are so happy with them and keep them for so long!!! I can say from now on I am only going to be driving Toyota for the rest of my driving time on this good earth as long GOD let me!!! This should be a long time as only 41 years young and have at least 50 years more driving in me!!! Thanks again for letting me express my "why"!!! You company is best ever dealt with!!!!
