Back in April 2024 this service center recommended a brake and transmission flush due to the mileage. I keep up with what is needed and I informed them that these services were completed by them alread brake and transmission flush due to the mileage. I keep up with what is needed and I informed them that these services were completed by them already. Wasn’t happy that they tried to sell this to me again. I was notified by management that next visit I could get a free service. Oil change was agreed upon. I returned recently for the free oil change and they tried to say I needed the same flush service again. I informed the agent and they realized it happened again. Obviously this happens a lot. I hope people stay on top of their service history so they won’t have something done that wasn’t needed. I was really hoping this was not going to happen again, especially consecutive service visits. Sales person was wonderful and manager was wonderful. It took -3 1/2 hours after the deal was done to get to finance and the finance person was rude and actually accused me of being rude because by now i It took -3 1/2 hours after the deal was done to get to finance and the finance person was rude and actually accused me of being rude because by now it was 6:00 and we had been there sitting waiting for him since about 2 in the afternoon. We had an out the door price and had the check written hours ago and he asked for a credit card for another $229 not a big deal but slowed the process even more. I have to say the salesman was very apologetic and the manager came to see us again. Whether it’s lack of employees that caused the delay it was not a good experience. We came in knowing what we wanted and picked the car immediately no test drive as we have had Honda Ofysseys in the past and hoped to be out much quicker. More
