We worked with Jackie and James to purchase our new pilot. They lied to me three times. 1. Brought back agreement with $20 extra slipped in 2. Told me they paid my car tag an charged me extra for it. They did not. Talked to tax collec 1. When I confronted them about this, they continued to insist they paid it, even after I’d paid it myself. Obviously me catching them in this lie aggravated them. 4. As I was trying to explain this to them, business manager, Rachel True who I was speaking to, told her coworker, “what a xxxxx” referring to me as she hung up the phone. I told her I heard her and was recording the call. 5. Got a call from her boss later and they told me they’d be sending me $350 to cover the car tag and part of my first payment the next day. 6. They called us in to resign our contract because we missed an initial. I told them at that time I didn’t believe they’d actually send the money they promised. They swore to me repeatedly they would. 7. Two weeks later and I’ve received absolutely nothing. 8. Additionally, they charged us for the cat tag I’d already paid for myself in our new contract, something Taylor told me was illegal for them to do. More
