Six months ago, I had an alternator issue and went to Honda for help. I brought my own part, and they handled the labor. They admitted they made a mistake during the previous visit when they worked on my alternator. They claimed to have resolved the issue. This morning, on August 7, 2024, I went back to Honda, and now they're saying I need a new alternator, which will cost nearly $1000. The manager, Gary, was unhelpful and didn't seem to grasp my point. They made a mistake that caused my alternator to fail again, and now they want me to pay $1000 for a new one. It feels like they care more about making money than providing good customer service. More

I have had terrific service each time that I’ve brought in my Honda. It’s difficult to find a dealership that not only seems to know what they’re doing but also makes you feel that they care.
