They only care about numbers and not customers needs. They don’t care. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. We were completely honest with Axel, then Eric about our concerns. We literally were in our car driving away when James called us and pressured us to turn around to make a deal. Worst decision ever. I’m heartbroken over trading my dream car to a dealership that has no compassion or empathy for customers. More

After a bumpy start, Brett Starling the GM came through and was great to work with. We purchased an Elite Odyssey which brough us back to the time we had younger kids. Now we are Grandparents and will ge and was great to work with. We purchased an Elite Odyssey which brough us back to the time we had younger kids. I do not recommend Courtesy Honda in Palm Harbor, FL. Nightmare experience with dealership Finance Officer & Honda Finance customer service. Beware of the fast talking & hard sell of exorbitantly overpriced service & maintenance extra warranties!! I had to wait 3 hours to talk with finance person. By then my blood sugar had dropped….Then I got the hard sell tactics! I was told I could cancel extra service warranties “any time”. NOT TRUE!! I got home & emailed/called within 30 minutes after I bought the car. The finance person would mot return my email/call, then he went on vacation & nobody else at dealership would cancel these extra warranties!! I finally got ahold of that finance person & signed cancellation of extra warranties on 20 March. OVER A MONTH AGO!! I STILL HAVE NOT been able to get both of those extra warranties off my account!! I have called dealership & Honda multiple times. I get the run around and a different story every time! Shame on Courtesy Honda. Shame on the finance officer. Shame for taking advantage of a diabetic, elderly, Military Veteran! I feel completely taken advantage of. Worst car dealership finance officer experience ever!! We really had our mind set on a pilot touring but it was out of our price range. Some how he and Rachel True, the business manager stayed after hours to make it happen. This is our 3rd purchase from courtesy and the only honda dealer we will do business with. God bless you Ed for your patience we were not easy to deal with. Thank you! More
