The finance hard sell of the extended warranties should never have happened in the first place. I felt completely taken advantage of & treated as if my cancellation of the warranties was a "real task" for Courtesy Honda. Taking over a month to rectify the situation was beyond frustrating. Dealing with Courtesy Honda Finance Office was horrible!! In order to get the extended warranties cancelled/checks sent/checks cashed/checks applied to my account took over a month + repeated calls/emails to Courtest Honda & Honda Finance! My salesman (Axel) was polite and helpful. The finance officer & the entire extended warranty cancellation was a totally frustrating & time consuming fiasco.
