Our 2006 Honda CR-V that we purchased at another Honda dealership in Pinellas Park developed a bumper related problem that made noise. I explained the problem to Johnny and showed him where the part was falling off the car and was held on with duct/electrical tape. He took it In for an estimate and it was returned to me better than new in a matter of minutes. I recommend their service department and will go back again when I need to. More

Chris Tighe was the best. He did everything he said he would and then some. We worked out most of the deal online or on the phone.Each time I asked him to sharpen his pencil on my deal he did. Laura Hunter was a big help also. My wife and I drove over 2 hours to get to the dealership but it was worth it. There were no hidden fees or pushy salesman. Chris met us, we took a test drive and finished the deal. Once the deal was done Chris sat in our new CRV and explained and demonstrated all the features of the car. I was assured that the car was in great working order and that everything had been inspected and replaced. When I noticed that the coolent was a little low, while we were looking under the hood, the salesman that everything had been inspected and replaced. When I noticed that the coolent was a little low, while we were looking under the hood, the salesman said 'Oh that's just a reserve tank'. 2 months later I needed a new radiator. Went through 5 bottles of coolent in a week. When I called and asked the dealer about it, they were like "well you -did- buy it 'as is'" Well yeah, because I thought I was buying a good car from a reputable dealer. Now it's been almost a month since the radiator is out and now(yesterday) my car wont start. I think I need a new alternator. This is a huge bait and switch. They wanted $60 something to just look at the car when the radiator broke. I went to a place my cousin recommended and they looked at it for free. I would not recommend this dealer for purchasing used cars and NEVER use the service center if they miss big stuff like this. The only positive thing was that the showroom was clean. More

We were looking for a particular exterior and interior color of car, which Courtesy did not have on their lot. However, they found what we were looking for at a sister store and they went and got the car color of car, which Courtesy did not have on their lot. As if that was not enough, Chris then spent more time going through the car's features again with us, even syncing my cellphone. We had previously purchased a car from Courtesy several years ago and both times we have had a great experience. We would highly recommend Courtesy dealership. More

I am a picky and straightforward person, but, when we met Pedro Rivera, we immediately felt relaxed with him. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the CRV. He did his best to my satisfaction and he is the reason we chose to buy at this dealership. In September I bought a 2009 Kia Sportage. I thought I liked it and I was really in need of a car so I bought it. I wanted a Honda CRV but didn't find one that I liked and didn't feel that I could afford liked it and I was really in need of a car so I bought it. I wanted a Honda CRV but didn't find one that I liked and didn't feel that I could afford it. I read up on Kia's and thought I would just buy it and be happy. But I was not. So, December 30th I went out the the Palm Harbor Honda, just to look around. I had been out there on several occasions but didn't find what I wanted. I drove on the lot and there sat this CRV and I immediately liked it. But.......I had a car. Then Chris Tighe came out and introduced himself and showed me another CRV. I drove it but I really liked the other one. We talked and I felt quite comfortable with him and, I felt, that he had my best interest in view. He never promised anything, wasn't pushy, asked me, if he could get me the price I liked with the down payment I liked, would I buy the car? I couldn't say anything but YES. His manager came over and gave me more information, and a price, that I felt was quite reasonable. I could not turn it down and I bought the car. Chris Tighe is a wonderful guy and my time at Palm Harbor Honda was well spent. Ryan drew up the papers and it was handled professionably and the car was spotless. I went from 8.75% interest to 4.50% interest, my payment went up 4 dollars and my Insurance went down $11.00 and the car I bought is a 2010, a year newer. Ask for Chris when you go and tell him I sent you! More
