Great sales experience I am writing this review based on my car purchase with Ms. Sandra (Sandi) Youngman. My intentions were to start looking for a newer car (trade up) and I am writing this review based on my car purchase with Ms. Sandra (Sandi) Youngman. My intentions were to start looking for a newer car (trade up) and trade in my 2009 Honda Accord with 180K in miles. I called three dealers before heading out of my house to look at the cars. Called the dealer and started a great dialogue with Sandra (Sandi). She is very personable, friendly with an active listening sales approach, which I prefer. They had two 2016 Honda Accords on their lot, both white and one with only 18K mileage. I test drove both with Sandi twice right after dusk. Did not intend to buy a car that night as I wanted to go to two other dealers. Sandi convinced me to buy the Honda Certified used Accord 2016 with 18K miles. Car drives much smoother than my 2009 Accord, little quieter. I bought the sports addition and in the SPORTS mode can really be fun and gets up pretty quickly. A much better drive than the Jetta or Passat in the SPORT mode. Because I know Honda after owning three..that I made the decision with a little push with Sandi to buy the car! Sandi was very kind to help me clean out my old Big white to move my stuff in the NEW big white! Good sale experience. More

Given that I can have anywhere between 15-25 dealerships to talk to so there is no way to visit them all . James, kept pushing to visit Palm Harbor Honda and when I told him that I got better offer (and gave OTD price) he essentially called me a liar saying that he knows pricing and I could have not possibly have that offer. I've given same OTD price to others and when they couldn't match they just gave their best, but I never got a backlash like one from James. I have worked with Palm Harbor Honda before, but with different internet sales manager/director, and it was much more pleasant experience. More
